Delivery Details
All Artwork / Sculptures that are in stock, either in our Gallery or stored areas will be shipped within 5 days.
Please note pieces presented behind glass will be shipped with a Plexi / Perspex alternative. Here in the Gallery we pride ourselves on quality and we would like to reassure our clients that this will not affect the overall appearance or sustainability of the art.
All art is professionally packaged and insured by us during transport. We cannot guarantee a damage less delivery however in the unlikely effect of works arriving in an unacceptable condition we offer a full recovering procedure to manage these situations. We are an independent Gallery and pride ourselves on custom care. We will aim to have any altercations rectified as soon as possible.
If purchasing for a specific date, please let the Gallery know in advance and we will do our very best to accommodate your needs.
Our Returns Policy
With our experience in serving many international clients, we are confident that we can guarantee the quality of the artworks you will receive.
Once the artwork is delivered, if for any reason you are not satisfied with the product, you have the right to cancel within 7 working days from receipt of the product. We will be happy to provide you with a full refund. We will then make arrangements to collect the goods from you. Written cancellation terms will be provided with the product you receive.
